Black Bear Ridge

Black Bear Ridge is a phased single family subdivision located near the Mission Hills shopping plaza and County Road 951 in Collier County. This 99-lot community was designed to accommodate for off-site water management and future surrounding roadway extensions. With luxurious homes in mind, all other utility / roadway improvements were incorporated in this platted design.
